The state-of-the-art Virginia Beach Sports Center can host a diverse roster of sporting events and tournaments, including basketball, volleyball, indoor track and field and indoor field hockey. With 285,000 square feet of space, including 117,000 square feet of multi-purpose space and 195,000 square feet of programmable space, the center is built to accommodate 12 basketball courts or 24 volleyball courts, a 200-meter, hydraulically banked track, seating for 5,000 spectators and more. It also offers two skybox meeting rooms overlooking the track and one skybox meeting room overlooking the courts.

The Princess Anne Athletic Complex is located in the heart of Princess Anne Commons and features 16 Musco-lit, multi-purpose fields, eight of which are fully fenced and equipped with irrigation systems, electronic scoreboards and shaded player benches. The complex is perfect for a variety of sports including baseball,  lacrosse, football, soccer and softball. Between games, spectators can picnic at two nearby gazebos with seated areas.

It features six corporate suites, two large locker rooms, an enclosed media area, concession stands and an outdoor covered gazebo. In addition, the USA Regional Field Hockey Training Center features two Astroturf water-based fields. It also has locker rooms and field lights. The facility hosts leagues, camps, clinics and tournaments for youth and adults in soccer, flag football, volleyball, basketball, arena (indoor) baseball and softball, field hockey, lacrosse, dodgeball and other social sports.
