We recently opened our VB studio inside The Void and they have invited us to be apart of their "Rise & Grind Market"
Come shop local vendors from 9A to 1P and join us for a flow that is open to everyBODY at 9:30A. This is an all levels flow that is by donation (free for STL members). Space is limited + the yoga sesh is weather permitting. Please RSVP so we can give you live weather updates && more!
