757 yogis - we told you that our new VB studio was going to be a "community hub" and we really mean it!
We recently opened our VB studio inside The Void and they have invited us to be apart of their "Rise & Grind Market" Come shop local vendors from 9A-1P and join us for a flow that is open to everyBODY at 9:30 am.
This is an all levels flow that is by donation (free for STL members). Space is limited and the yoga sesh is weather permitting. Please RSVP so we can give you live weather updates & more!
