Class is open to everyBODY and space is limited. We will move through an all levels flow right by in the Norfolk Canyon exhibit - which means you are going to need to plan accordingly to be able to park + make it to class on time.
We ask that you arrive by 8A so we can take the entire group to our designated practice space together and we will have class from 8:15-9A
