Experience one of the most vibrant cultural celebrations in Virginia Beach at Fil Fest USA, returning to Rudee Loop October 2-4, 2026. This free, family-friendly festival brings the sights, sounds and flavors of the Philippines to the coast for an unforgettable weekend of food, live entertainment, cultural performances and, most importantly, community.
Whether you’re trying authentic Filipino cuisine for the first time, shopping for handcrafted goods from local vendors, watching traditional dance and music performances or enjoying activities with the kids, Fil Fest offers something for every age. Since 2015, the festival has celebrated the rich heritage and contributions of the Filipino and Filipino American community while welcoming thousands of visitors to experience the culture in an engaging, welcoming atmosphere.

- Friday: 4:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
