  • Last Night on the TownLast Night on the Town 2014

    Celebrate 
the “Last Night on the Town,” the City of Virginia Beach’s premier New Year’s
 Eve event. The festivities begin at Pembroke Mall with a children’s countdown and balloon drop at 5:00 PM. The adult fun 
continues throughout the night at Town Center with live music, a midnight countdown, laser light show,
fireworks and Virginia Beach Ball Drop. All activities are free and open to the public. December 31st.

    Ice ParkIce Park

    An exciting new attraction is open at the Oceanfront at Rudee Loop– an 8,000-square-foot outdoor ice skating rink of professionally maintained ice, open daily and on all holidays until February 2015. The park is set up at Rudee Loop next to the entrance to the annual 30-block-long Holiday Lights on the Boardwalk, bringing festive cheer to your enchanting ice skating experience. Now – February 2015.

    McDonald’s Holiday LightsMcDonalds Holiday Lights

    Take a shiny journey into nautical, holiday, and adventure lands – all along the beautiful Virginia Beach boardwalk. Festive fish, jumping dolphins, frolicking porpoises – all in bright, colored lights against the clear night-time sky, are the stars of McDonald’s Holiday Lights at the Beach. They are joined by Santa, elves, and a 40-foot tall Christmas tree erected on the beach! November 19th – January 3rd.
