Humbly starting as a one man operation, A Taste of Texas has expanded to include family and friends who believe in the quality and success that we bring to our guests. Texas BBQ takes time and our goal is to provide the truest Texas BBQ experience with a commitment of excellence for any occasion. From prep to table our BBQ takes a minimum of 24 hours. We believe this time is necessary to produce the highest quality food and service. We pride ourselves in our creative and wide ranging creations. Our sandwiches, for instance, are quickly becoming a destination listing on all food critics and BBQ bloggers bucket lists. Bow Creek Municipal Golf Course

This local favorite plays to a par 70, with challenging narrow Bermuda fairways and Bentgrass greens. Demanding par 3s, several dogleg holes and the meandering creek adds to the beauty of this municipal course designed by Fred Sappenfield among mature oak trees. The course is located off Rosemont Road just behind Lynnhaven Mall.
