At Prosperity Kitchen & Pantry, we use seasonal, organic, local, and fresh ingredients in everything we make. We bake with fresh farm eggs, European butter, local milk and cream, and pure cane sugars. Our philosophy is simple: we believe that using traditional baking methods and high-quality ingredients are what's best for our customers and our community. Because we value quality, we choose to support vendors, farmers, and artisans who believe in supporting the local community and who consistently deliver us the finest, freshest ingredients available.
We always bake in small batches. Everything is made by hand in our open kitchen by our team of skilled bakers so that all of our products are served fresh every day, and our guests can see and smell the process!
You’ll find a wide variety of baked goods here – Our mornings are filled with croissants, bread, sticky buns, quiche and so much more. In the evening we turn into a pizzeria, serving a unique selection of Pizza al Taglio – real Roman-style pizzas “to the cut.”
