Moore To See Photo Expeditions is excited offer a new type of tour - an Ecotour on the North Landing River coupled with a stop for a refreshing picnic basket!

Cruise the beautiful North Landing River - a Virginia Scenic River - in a private boat and experience the peace and solitude the river has to offer. Osprey and Bald Eagles are to be found on the main river while various species of ducks and wading birds can be seen in the creeks and tributaries. As we travel north on the river we will discuss the ecology of the region, cultural history, wildlife and conservation and preservation issues.

Far back in one of the creeks we will stop at a small, secluded dock, disembark and enjoy a picnic on the water! Goodies include various fresh fruits, meats and cheeses, crackers, bread, humus, pasta salad, and water. If you wish, you may bring a beverage of your choosing. Enjoy the quiet and privacy of the creek surrounded by hardwood forest, pocosin, and marsh. Otters may even pay us a visit!

This time of year we are offering afternoon tours M-F. On weekends and holidays we will tour both mornings and afternoons.

Tour start times vary depending on interest, demand, time of year, and weather. We will work with you to determine start times. If you want to get out and be on the water to catch the sun rise, we can make that happen! Picnic group size can be from 1-4 persons.

The "Beach Walk" is a Beach Lover's dream vacation home! This home is perfect for large family vacations and gatherings. Nicely furnished with & decorated with a beach cottage flair! The floor plan is perfect for large family vacations with a spacious living room, dining room, spectacular, fully equipped kitchen that is located near a back entrance and BBQ deck. For early morning coffee, reading the daily newspaper or having cocktails in the evening, there is an air conditioned sun porch for quiet moments and relaxing. The upper level of this awesome home has 4 bedrooms & 1 full bath. The bedrooms are set up with 1 king sized bed,2 queen size beds, 1 double and 3 TV's. Sleeps 4-10. There is a private driveway which leads to the back yard and deck that surrounds the entire back of the home. A great place to hang out after a long day in the sun! Enjoy the warm balmy breezes and smell the seafood or steaks cooking to perfection on the grill!
