Recognizing untapped potential in students, Poole founded The CROP Foundation to mentor aspiring chefs and improve food education while maintaining an active presence in the culinary scene, appearing on Guys Grocery Games and The Big Brunch with Dan Levy.


Today, Poole’s life revolves around teaching, cooking, and creating opportunities for young culinary talents, driven by a commitment to culinary excellence and improving food education.
