Vibrant Shore Brewing Company

Location:

Vibrant Shore Brewing Company sprung to life to create a space where artists and people from all walks of life can gather around great craft beer in Virginia Beach’s ViBe Creative District. VSBC features a consistently rotating lineup of premium, unique microbrews for the discerning beer connoisseur, seasonally appropriate specialty beers as well as several crisp flagship beers tailored for the active lifestyle of the area.

VSBC’s upbeat arts-influenced taproom will feature a combination of packaged beer friendly fare and freshly prepared food via a rotating array of quality food trucks. The taproom provides a venue for art events and exhibitions, including local acoustic musicians. Taproom design elements hark back to Breton stripe as a nod to artists and all things nautical. We encourage all patrons to show their own stripes and relax among the varied nooks and gathering places within the tasting room, its open second floor mezzanine, as well as its outdoor patio and hidden rooftop beer garden.

Chesapeake Bay Distillery

Location:

Chesapeake Bay Distillery is located at the intersection of 17th Street and Baltic Avenue, in the heart of the ViBe District. Our facility houses our production area, tasting room and Virginia ABC Store.

Bottles available onsite for purchase include Spirits of the Blue Ridge Vodka, Ghost Pepper Infused Vodka, Lemon Liqueur, Chick’s Beach Rum, Mutiny Island Vodka, Cureo Coffee Liqueur, Dr. Stoner’s Fresh Herb Vodka, Dr. Stoner’s Smoky Herb Whiskey and Dr. Stoner’s Hierba Loca Blue Agave Tequila.

Tastings are available. Per Virginia ABC requirements, patrons may sample spirits (not to exceed four ½ ounces) and/or pre-mixed drinks and are limited to one tasting per day. Tours are available 12:00 pm -4:00 pm on Saturdays at no charge. Please call to schedule a tour or inquire about scheduling a private event.

Esoteric

Location:

Esoteric is the realization of a VB lovin’ husband and wife entrepreneurial team with a passion for good and rare craft beer and eclectic and curated foods. We also really dig aesthetics and under-designed spaces which we think facilitates a return to the art of food, beverage and conversation. You won’t find a television in our space but you will find some serious charm and preserved architectural detail in our 1920’s era building. We are fortunate to have a very rare and precious, large green space on our property where we, along with our super rad and carefully selected fellow businesses, grow much of our food.We think the dining experience can be celebratory, sensual, intellectual, exquisite and empowering. We wish to respect food and drink, pay homage to its experience and once again facilitate a local community of those that want to be a part of this movement.
