The ViBe Creative District serves as a vibrant center for various creative industries at the Oceanfront District, and encourages local creatives to inspire each other, their crafts and their community. Locals and visitors can soak in the ViBes at one of the district's monthly First Fridays, Second Saturdays, and VB Flea, and watch homegrown ideas come to life when experiencing active local artist’s studios at the Virginia Beach Art Center and world-class exhibitions at Virginia MOCA, or sampling local flavor at the weekly Old Beach Farmers Market.
