Inland: Dining, Shopping, Spas & More

With sandy beaches and rolling waves, Virginia Beach is as coastal as it gets. But when you need a break from the sun and sand (it does happen), our Inland region can keep you plenty busy. The vibrant heart of the region, the Town Center District, offers the highest concentration of shopping, dining and entertainment options in the city — and there are two additional retail centers, Lynnhaven Mall and the Shops at Hilltop, to tempt you with even more retail therapy. The area has many independent boutiques and restaurants, as well as the Virginia Beach Farmer’s Market. And with multiple specialty spas throughout the region, including the popular Flowering Almond Spa at the Founders Inn, the Inland region is also a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
