Neptune Festival's Symphony by the Sea Concert Series, makes its grand return in 2025 for the 14th Season of concerts! Located in 31st Street Park at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, all concerts are a FREE musical offering to residents and visitors. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as the concerts are well-attended and will fill the park. Reserved Seating is available by purchasing VIP Series Memberships, starting at $175/person for all 6 concerts.
