This year, we honor our 73rd First Citizen of Virginia Beach, Delceno C. Miles, for her visionary leadership, civic service, and commitment to inclusive growth.
In recognition of other dynamic Virginia Beach leaders, the Virginia Beach Jaycees are also honoring two other highly accomplished citizens:
- W. Taylor Franklin will be honored with the RISE Award for his tremendous contributions to regional business and philanthropy.
- William "Billy" Almond will receive the CREED Award, reflecting his unwavering commitment to the principles that guide the Virginia Beach Jaycees: faith, brotherhood, justice, and service to humanity.
This year's event will be a fun and relaxed sports-themed celebration.
