Hypnotherapist / Life Coach Peter Woodbury, MSW led a hugely successful online meditation and prayer group that was initiated in response to the pandemic and the associated fears, anxieties and stay-at-home orders that came with it. Almost everyone who participated in the group experienced benefits, with some bordering on the miraculous! He now brings the powerful benefits, techniques, and insights gained when a group comes together consciously through prayer and meditation for healing to you in this transformative online retreat.

In this retreat, you will come to understand:

  • How to use prayer and meditation for healing
  • The power of focused group prayer and meditation
  • The spiritual science behind faith healing
  • The influence of our belief systems – to either heal or make unwell
  • The need to let go – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually
  • The role emotions play in our healing – we all need to “feel the feels!”

You will also get clear about why you want to be well – the central Cayce questions – “What will you do with your healing?” and “Who will it serve?”

On Friday night, each participant will set the intention for their healing experience—what it is that you are seeking to heal and what will you do with the healing. Cayce says we can live as long as we have a guiding purpose for our lives, and that purpose must be greater than just our own individual selves.

On Saturday, Peter will lead the group prayer and meditation sessions, and conclude each session with a short lecture on the topics outlined above. The meditation and prayer sessions can run close to 2 hours, depending on the size of the group, so you should be prepared for periods of sitting and meditation. You are welcome to come and go if you prefer to do so.

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and have a notebook on hand for jotting down any insights that may come to you during your meditations.
