As we transition into our new normal, we wanted to reach out to let you know how we are committed to increasing our cleanliness protocols to ensure our guests and staff are comfortable. Service restrictions are in place for our guests, staff members, and supply support teams and are in a state of continual review as recommended by Hilton and as new policies are updated by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam. Here are several ways we have currently increased our cleanliness standards and attention to detail: •"Grab-n-go" breakfast items are available for guests from 6am to 10am daily. •All staff are required to wear face masks while in the common areas unless personal medical reasons prevent them from being able to wear one. •Public areas are sanitized throughout the day. •The indoor pool is open with limited occupancy however the fitness center will remain closed. • To limit contact we are not currently doing stay over service however we can provide new towels, linen and bathroom amenities upon request only. Team members will not enter a room until a guest has departed. At that time, each room undergoes a deep clean/sanitizing. Live safe ~ Live well and we hope to see you at the beach!
