We’re open and we’re pledging to Summer Smarter in 2020. Dough Boy's, at a minimum, will follow the guidelines set forth by Phase I initiatives. We adhere to all operational protocols with the safety, security and well-being of our visitors and employees in mind. The following are procedures we have embraced: *Staff dealing with customers must wear masks on-premises *Staff must sanitize all surfaces with health approved sanitizing solution every 2 hours and after each use *Staff must wear gloves when preparing food items in the kitchen *Staff must wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds after touching surfaces such as door handles, etc and after eating, etc and consistently throughout the day. *Staff must inform management if they or anyone living in their household has Covid-19 symptoms. *Staff must inform management if any customer is displaying Covid-19 symptoms. *Increased training has taken place with all employees regarding sanitation, appropriate handling of masks and gloves and the ability to communicate our procedures to all guests. *Use of single-use items and paper napkins throughout the restaurant and disposable menus. *No handshaking or touching policy *We will have strategically located hand sanitizer throughout the restaurant for employees and guests. *Prominent signage at all entry’s outlining CDC/Health Dept. notices. *All seating is arranged for appropriate social distancing and no parties of more than 10 will be allowed. *Additionally, we have open-air restaurants to help create a safe air environment and have enhanced air filters.
