Get in on the fun at the Moxy Virginia Beach Oceanfront for the Glam Rockin’ New Year’s Eve celebration, an all-ages event kicking off at 8 p.m. Put on your best glitz and glam for a night of live music featuring local rock band OCX - The Optimistic Cynics. First Night Holiday Hike at the BayPort Credit Union Holiday Lights at the Beach
