LIVE ENTERTAINMENT
The Town Center of Virginia Beach is making January the star of the show with a month-long schedule of live musical performances, including its weekly Out of the Box Emerging Artists Series and a handful of notable concerts at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.

Back for its ninth season, the Out of the Box Emerging Artists Series is a free (yes, free!) event highlighting a carefully curated list of local artists. Performances take place at the Miller Studio Theatre, in collaboration with 89.5-WHRV’s Paul Shugrue and presented by Three Notch’d Brewing Co. Doors for the standing room only events open at 6 p.m., with performances starting at 7 p.m. Food and drinks are available for purchase. Performances are as follows:

The Mozart Experience

The Mozart Experience is a musical program for all ages that introduces Mozart’s life as a mischievous musical human adventure, as led by orchestra conductor Benjamin Rous. Family-friendly activities begin in the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts Lobby at 2 p.m., with the performance beginning at 3 p.m.

Spend An Evening with Travis Tritt during the legendary country singer-songwriter’s Solo Acoustic Tour performance at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts. The concert begins at 8 p.m. Tickets are for sale at the Sandler Center box office or online.

Greenberg’s Great Train & Toy Show

The largest and longest-running train and toy show in the Northeast has arrived in Virginia Beach! Greenberg’s Great Train & Toy Show, taking place at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, will feature thousands of trains and collectible toys for sale, free modeling seminars and much, much more. All train and toy enthusiasts are welcomed!

The country’s largest interactive comedy murder mystery dinner show is now in Virginia Beach and taking place at the Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The Dinner Detective Comedy Murder Mystery Dinner Show will have you solving a hilarious crime, while you feast on a fantastic dinner. Just beware! The culprit is hiding in plain sight.
