September Brings Music, Wine and Good Times

CHICK’S BEACH
Visitors can walk through the trees and winding pathways of Great Neck Park and browse the fine crafts of 80 local artisans, while listening to live musical performances during Artisans in the Park (Sept. 6–7), now in its 39th year.
TOWN CENTER
Savor the tastes of Greece and Italy during the Mediterranean Weekend (Sept. 12-14) at either Town Center or the oceanfront. Town Center will play host to a Festa Italiana, featuring an outdoor stage in a beautiful urban setting that’s the perfect atmosphere for dining, singing and dancing to classic and modern Italian musical selections. Pasta, pizza, wine and desserts will all be offered, and cultural dance groups, bands and even grape stomping are sure to provide fun for all! Across town at the oceanfront, 24th Street Park will host My Big Fat Greek Party with a feast of Greek cuisine prepared by authentic Greek chefs.
