Learn more about marketing to persons with disabilities and their families, and celebrate the launch of the CVB’s Certified Tourism Ambassador Program at the first in a series of informative events hosted by the CVB

The Virginia Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau, in partnership with the Mayor’s Committee for Persons with Disabilities and the Virginia Beach Hotel Association

WHAT:

Leading industry experts will discuss the diverse circumstances of our aging population, which make accessibility a growing consideration for tourists who visit Virginia Beach.  Learn more about the challenges travelers with disabilities face and how more inclusive marketing and an improved experience can exceed their expectations and win their loyalty. Following the disability portion of the forum, the Virginia Beach CVB will launch the Certified Tourism Ambassador program.

Wednesday, Oct. 7 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.  Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

COST:
