Virginia Beach hosts Polar Plunge Winter Festival, MOCA Wine by Design and an array of Valentine’s Day festivities

MOCA, the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art, will host its 23rd Annual Wine by Design, benefiting its Student Art Start program, which provides free art programs to underserved youth. Wine by Design 2014: A Hot Night in Rio will celebrate Latin culture, highlighting MOCA's exhibition Vik Muniz: Poetics of Perception, and feature a diverse array of wines from South America, as well as a tempting lineup of cuisine, silent auction and live music.
