Ride the VB Wave
Why hassle with traffic and parking when there’s a Hampton Roads
Transit (HRT) VB Wave headed your way? From the North End of the beach
to Rudee Inlet, and everywhere in between, HRT’s VB Wave is a convenient,
fun way to get from place to place. It’s the way to go should you want to
shop at Virginia Beach’s premier mall, splash around at Ocean Breeze Water Park,
visit the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, or check out a concert at Farm Bureau Live at Virginia Beach.

Beach Access for the Disabled
The Virginia Beach Boardwalk is a concrete walkway that is accessible to individuals
with varying degrees of mobility. Ramps are available at each street to take you from

and the condition of the beach. Ramps are extended as far as possible given the condition
of the beach and time of year.
