Pile your beach chairs onto the trolley that takes you right from our KOA campground to the beach (Memorial Day - Labor Day $), or spin along the 2.5-mile bike trail to the ocean. Virginia Beach KOA is the perfect place to relax or serve as your basecamp for fun in Virginia Beach.

Red Wing Lake Golf Course

Designed by George Cobb, Red Wing Lake has sloping bentgrass greens & wide Bermuda fairways. With our recent renovations, each fairway was reworked to improve drainage and enhance character; they remain within corridors of mature loblolly pines. New wetland areas and lakes provide beauty and additional challenges. Multiple tees provide golfers of all skill levels and opportunity to match their ability and ego to a teeing location. Red Wing Park

Location: Virginia Beach

Red Wing Park, a 97-acre park located off of General Booth Blvd, is known for its beautiful gardens and annual Cherry Blossom Festival.

The Red Wing Park property was acquired by the county in 1879 and was formerly known as the "Old City Poor Farm." It was developed into a park by the City in 1966 and is now home to many gardens, including the Reba S. McClanan Fragrance Garden, established through the joint efforts of Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation and the Council of Garden Clubs of Virginia Beach, and the Miyazaki Japanese Garden.
