Kempsville Greens Municipal Golf Course

Location: Virginia Beach

5,500 yards, 18 holes, par 70, public course with Bermuda fairways & bentgrass greens & features a challenging back nine with numerous bunkers & water hazards. Yardage/Rating/Slope: Championship tees - 5,849, 67.8, 114; regular tees - 5,478, 66.1, 111; women's tees - 4,538, 63.8, 94.

Carolanne Farms Park

Location: Virginia Beach

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Virginia Beach offers a number of waterways that are perfect for kayaking, canoeing and even paddleboarding. Carolanne Farms Park provides access to the Elizabeth River. Parking is available along the street. You will need to transport your canoe/kayak approximately 300 yards to the launch facility.​

Woodstock Park

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Nestled in the heart of Kempsville, Woodstock Park is a diverse, but comprehensive 30-acre park that is ideal for family outings, complete with playgrounds, a one-acre fenced dog park, and an action-packed concrete urban skate plaza.

The skate plaza has 10,400 square feet of concrete skateable area and 3,200 square feet of interior green space. Boasting several challenging components, the plaza contains a five-foot-tall quarter pipe, vert wall, rails, hubba ledges, radial ledges, stairs and handrails to provide endless skating action. Bleachers are available for spectators.

All skate participants must sign-up for a skate park pass. Industry Standard helmets are required and use of other protective pads are strongly recommended. Patrons are expected to follow posted rules and staff instructions.
