Charter buses may now load and unload passengers and park at 4th Street and Atlantic Avenue.
You may stop or park on private property, such as hotels and restaurants. And you may park in the designated motorcoach spaces at the 4th Street Municipal Parking Lot at Rudee Loop. The spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking fee applies.
The parking lot, by city ordinance is closed from 12:00 midnight to 8:00 am, 7 days a week. You must notify a cashier or contact Resort Management Office if you need to depart anytime during these hours. For questions, contact Resort Management at 757-385-4800.
Virginia Beach has a strict “Bus Ordinance” which prohibits parking or stopping buses on public streets (in resort area) to pick up or discharge passengers.
