A creative monthly series of local artist pop ups from our friends at Utopia Feni from Kempsville, Virginia Beach. Come hear an eclectic mix of live music, open mic and djs and meet local artists and makers sharing displays of their creative talents.
Visitors can park in the ViBe Parking lot on 18th ST — look for the painted spaces- or Virginia Beach Oceanfront Library. There is also metered parking on 19th St.
