    Situated in the midst of the region’s Botanical Gardens, Norfolk/Virginia Beach International Airport, serving the Greater Hampton Roads area, as well as parts of North Carolina, offers one of the most beautiful and unique getaways to arriving and departing guests. This regionally-based facility provides major jet carriers and commuter airlines that operate nearly 200 flights daily with non-stop, direct and connecting service to hundreds of cities worldwide.

  • Highway

    Because of its central location, Virginia Beach is within a 750-mile radius of two-thirds of the nation’s population. Approaching from the West, the easiest routes are Interstate 64, Interstate 264, U.S. 460 or U.S. 58. From the North and South, convenient routes are Interstate 85 or 95, U.S. 13 and U.S. 17.

    These routes intersect with I-64 which circles Hampton Roads and connects to I-264, which leads visitors directly to the oceanfront resort area.
