The annual TMHC Associates Showcase and Awards Banquet gives associate members a unique opportunity to publicize their business in a trade show atmosphere. The showcase is followed by a banquet, where industry leaders and award winners are recognized.

An Award of Excellence competition for apartment communities and a Merit Award program for property managers, resident managers, associate members and maintenance supervisors are also coordinated each year. Winners are recognized at the annual awards banquet.
