There's a double dose of Halloween fun coming to the Town Center of Virginia Beach! Town and Treat on Saturday, October 26th between 12:00-4:00pm on the Fountain Plaza and among the neighboring stores. The younger set will enjoy games, activities, trick-or-treating and pumpkin decorating - all FREE and provided by the merchants of Town Center. Between 5:00-8:30pm, the bigger ghouls (and boys!) will enjoy a roiling cauldron of music, costumes and fun!
